We ship all orders from our fulfillment centers with care and precision—because your products should arrive in the same condition we'd expect for our own vehicles.

Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time: 7-14 business days for most orders
Total Delivery Window: 10-16 business days from order placement
During high-demand periods, some items may take up to 3-4 weeks. We'll notify you if your order is affected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date through the carrier's website.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping is also available for certain products.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
Not completely satisfied? Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email info@shopkhaas.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Credit will appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Let us know in your return request and we'll expedite your exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These will be marked on the product page.
Defective or Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us immediately at info@shopkhaas.com with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or issue a full refund—no return shipping required.
