Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and additional digital payment methods for your convenience.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get your products to you faster. To modify or cancel, contact us at info@shopkhaas.com within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this window cannot be accommodated, but you can return your order once received.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website. You can also track you order at shopkhaas.com.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. During high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks. We'll notify you if your order is affected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us at info@shopkhaas.com for a full refund or replacement.

Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?

For U.S. orders, prices include all applicable fees. International customers (when available) may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes determined by their local customs office.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact info@shopkhaas.com to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately at info@shopkhaas.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We'll replace it or issue a full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Credit will appear on your original payment method. Contact your bank if you don't see the credit after 10 business days.

Mobile Services (Launching Winter 2025)

What services will you offer?

Our mobile services in Columbus, OH will include professional detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, window tinting, PPF installation, and oil changes—all at your location.

How do I book a mobile service?

Join our priority waitlist by emailing info@shopkhaas.com with "Service Inquiry" in the subject line. We'll contact you when bookings open in Winter 2025.

What areas do you serve?

We're launching in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas, with plans to expand nationally.
